1. Scope of Service
Majestic Events Company provides 360 photo booth rental services as described in the purchased package. We provide the equipment, at least one professional attendant, and the necessary software to capture and share event media.
2. Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any event date. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit payment is successfully processed. This deposit is non-refundable as it covers the cost of reserving the date and potentially turning away other clients.
3. Payment Terms
The remaining balance for any booking is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date. Majestic Events Company reserves the right to cancel any booking where the balance has not been paid by the due date, with no refund of the initial deposit.
4. Travel Policy
Travel is free for locations within 20 miles of Zip Code 92584. Locations between 20 and 60 miles will incur a flat $40 travel fee. Locations beyond 60 miles are subject to manual review and higher travel surcharges.
5. Venue Requirements
The Client is responsible for ensuring the venue provides a safe, level area of at least 15x15 feet and a dedicated 3-prong power outlet within 25 feet of the setup location. Failure to provide these may result in the inability to set up, with no refund issued.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted for medical emergencies or unsafe weather conditions, provided notification is given at least 3 business days in advance. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the total booking cost minus the deposit already paid.
7. Media Release
By using our services, you grant Majestic Events Company the right to use media captured at the event for promotional and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Liability
Majestic Events Company is not liable for any injuries occurring on or near the equipment. The Client assumes full responsibility for any damage to the equipment caused by event guests.
