Booking Process

How do I book a 360 photo booth?

You can book directly through our online Booking Wizard. Simply select your date, choose a package, add any extras, sign the agreement, and pay the non-refundable deposit to secure your slot.

Is my preferred date guaranteed?

Dates are only reserved once the non-refundable deposit has been successfully paid. Our system prevents double-booking in real-time.

Can I reschedule my event?

One free reschedule is permitted for medical emergencies, unsafe outdoor weather, or venue issues, provided we are notified at least 3 business days in advance. Subsequent reschedules or late notifications may incur fees.

Requirements & Setup

What are the space requirements?

We require a flat, level area of at least 15x15 feet. This ensures enough room for the booth rotation and safety barriers.

What are the power requirements?

We need access to a standard 3-prong (Grounded) power outlet within 25 feet of the setup area.

Do you set up outdoors?

Yes, provided the ground is flat and level. However, we have strict weather policies. If rain or high winds are forecast, we require an indoor backup plan or a reschedule.

Media & Deliverables

How do guests receive their videos?

Guests can receive their videos instantly via QR code, SMS, or Email at our sharing stations.

What is an AI Overlay?

An AI overlay is a set of dynamic graphics that react to the movement in the video. We can generate these based on your event theme using our built-in AI tool.

Will I get all the videos after the event?

Yes! You will receive a link to an online gallery with all the captures from your event within 24-48 hours.

Payments

When is the final balance due?

The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before your event date. Our system will automatically attempt to charge your card on file at that time.

Is the deposit refundable?

No, the deposit is strictly non-refundable as it secures your date and prevents us from booking other clients for that slot.
